Pear-chocolate crumble

 

Ingredients for 4 servings

 

  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 25 g of demarrara sugar
  • 40g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 20 g buckwheat flour
  • 20g almond powder
  • 20g oatmeal
  • 3 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 20 g of neutral oil (peanut)
  • a pinch of salt
  • 250 g pears (2 large pears)

 

1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th. 6).

2. Break the chocolate into pieces, put it in the bowl. Grate 2 sec / speed 8.

3. Add sugar, flour, cocoa, oatmeal, pinch of salt and oil, mix 10 sec / reverse / speed 4.

4. Peel the pears, remove the core and cut them into cubes. Spread them out in a gratin dish.

5. Distribute the chocolate dough over the pears, bake the crumble for 30 min.

6. Enjoy hot or warm.
